Stoneshield Capital to acquire 15% stake in Exolum from OMERS
Stoneshield is acquiring an additional 15% stake in Exolum from OMERS, on top of the 4.93% it has held since January 2026, bringing its total holding to approximately 20% and three Board seats once the transaction closes in Q3 2026. The move reflects Stoneshield's deep conviction in Exolum as a unique HALO platform — one defined by irreplaceable strategic assets, resilient long-term cash flows and significant growth optionality tied to the energy transition. Headquartered in Spain, Exolum is one of Europe's leading energy logistics platforms, operating 6,000km of pipeline across Spain and the UK, 68 storage terminals, and aviation fuel infrastructure serving more than 48 airports worldwide — including Heathrow, Madrid, Barcelona and Charles de Gaulle — with over 2,300 employees and more than €1.3bn in annual revenues.
