In 2022, Stoneshield acquired a strategic stake in the Spanish listed residential developer, Neinor Homes, one of the largest housebuilders by landbank in Spain. The company focuses on fully permitted land in non-central but high-end locations, building apartment complexes that have units averaging 100 sqm and €330,000 sale price. Stoneshield has members on the Board and key company management committees. 

Since Stoneshield’s acquisition of Neinor, the company has tripled investor remuneration via dividend and share buy-back process and has been awarded as the most sustainable developer for a second year in a row according to Sustainalytics.
